	This skill allows the creation of various weapons from a base material. The quality of the final product is dependant on the starting material, as well as users skill and other modifying skills.; ; Syntax: use create weapon at <item> from <material_type> in <workbench>; ; For the skill to succeed, the material to be used must be contained within a workbench of the appropriate type, listed under the specific modifying skill for that material;
