Night is often said to be the time of the unholy and nocturnal creatures. When there's evil lurking, it usually lurks during the night. These dwellers of the night avoid light and consider darkness more comfortable. Some nocturnal creatures also draw their power from darkness and mysterious sources. While some denizens, such as many legionaries of Kharim, do not have the innate ability to revel in the night, there's a magical charm that can bestow the gift to everyone.
